Integrated circuits have developed rapidly from small-scale integrated circuits to large-scale integrated circuits and super large-scale integrated circuits, which makes electronic products develop in the direction of high efficiency, low consumption, high precision, high stability and intelligence.
In the research and development process of electronic products, different worktables need to be used to evaluate different aspects of products, which requires R & D personnel to test on different working platforms, which not only reduces the test efficiency, but also covers a large area of equipment.
